Tunbusur and the Jealous Stepmother Tunbusur_and_the_Jealous_Step_mother Cifungwa Folktales

Jangu narrated the story of Tunbosur to a group of children in his family home. This project focuses on the documentation of Cifungwa folktales. Anita elicited the story and Samuel participated as a member of the audience. A village chief in Ringa village. He is a farmer, wood caver and he weaves mat. He is the father of Sahabi. Anita, a student at the Department of Linguistics, University of Ibadan, was born in Ibadan to Igbo parents. She has lived most of life in Ibadan. She is a third year student at the University of Ibadan. Prior to this field work, she carried out a field research on Aduge in Kogi state, Nigeria
