Tunisian arabic customer's reviews processing and analysis for an internet supervision system

Cette étude représente une contribution dans le cadre d’une plate-forme d’intelligence d’entreprise sur Internet au profit de l’entreprise MDSoft. Elle propose un classificateur des commentaires de clients en Arabe Tunisien. Pour cela, nous avons développé quatre outils: un lexique standrad de l’Arabe Tunisien i.e. aebWordNet, un analyseur morphologique intelligent, une machine de translittération de l’Alphabet de chat arabe tunisien utilisant des transducteurs à états finis pondérés et un classificateur d’opinions en Arabe Tunisien qui fait appel à aebWordNet et SentiWordNet. This PhD study represents a contribution in the case of Internet Supervision Systemfor MDSoft compagny. It consists of Tunisian Arabic customer’s reviews opinion classification. For, we developed mainly four tools: a standrad Tunisian Arabic lexicon i.e. aebWordNet, an Intelligent Morphological Analyzer, a Tunisian Arabic Chat Alphabet transliteration machine using weighted finite state transducers and a Tunisian Arabic opinion classificator calling aebWordNet and SentiWordnet. تمثل هذه الدراسة مساهمة في إعداد منصة للاستخبارات عن الأعمال التجارية على الإنترنت لفائدة شركة "مدسوفت". وهو يتألف من تصنيف لاستعراض رأي الزبون باللهجة التونسية. لهذا الغرض أعددنا أساسا أربع أدوات: معجم نموذجي للهجة التونسية "أأبوردنت"، محلل صرفي ذكي، آلة ترجمة من الأبجدية لالدردشة التونسية إلي التونسية باستخدام محولات موزونة بحالات محدودة و آلة تصنيف لاستعراض رأي الزبون باللّهجة التونسية اعتمادا علي " أأبوردنت " و"سنتيوردنت". p. 106-118
