This dataset comprises 190 chest radiographs of under-5 children, collected from the University College Hospital and Rainbow Scans Diagnostic Center in Ibadan, Nigeria. The dataset includes 97 radiographs showing pneumonia and 93 normal radiographs, evaluated and confirmed by experienced radiologists. The dataset is designed to support AI-based diagnostic research, particularly for pneumonia detection in low-resource settings. Personal identifiers have been removed to ensure patient privacy.
