He is an Audit and Investigations professional with over 17 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors.His presentation highlights the laws and acts that have been created to regulate data privacy acts, the principles of data protection, and the various stakeholders involved. He also talks about the compliance obligations, like the lawful basis for obtaining and processing data, and cross border data transfers, with some examples for Kenya, specifically.
