This research assesses variation within the category of "urban" as it relates to interethnic trust and prejudice. To do so, it uses an original survey conducted in four residential locations in Uganda: Kampala (a large, primary city), Gulu (a secondary city), Kitgum (a large town), and rural villages (as a rural benchmark).
