Analytical codebase for a study quantifying how urban pluvial floods alter walking access to public and private not-for-profit (PNFP) healthcare facilities in Kampala, Uganda. The pipeline estimates population-weighted changes in travel time under 15 rainfall × duration scenarios for all facilities and hospitals separately. Inequities are quantified by intersecting flood-induced travel time losses with a nutrition-sensitive composite vulnerability index derived from socio-demographic, maternal and child health, and infectious disease indicators.
