Abstract Background: The reclamation lands in Egypt, especially the Al-Moghra region, are facing several challenges, including high salinity and low soil organic matter. While agricultural residues from these new reclaimed areas provide a promising resource for soil fertility especially using the eco-friendly technological management practices. Objective: This study aims to perform an innovative, multi-disciplinary framework which integrates Black Soldier Fly (BSF) bioconversion, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to implement circular economy concept in Al-Moghra’s reclaimed soils. Methods: To perform this aim, integrated spectroscopic and biochemical analyses were performed in addition to and AI-Algorithm development suggestion. Results: The results demonstrate that AI-optimized frass application significantly enhances the physicochemical properties of the product especially organic content and reducing oxidative stress in barley crops with 3.05x in protein carbonyls amount ( p value <0.05). Conclusion: This research provides a scalable, eco-digital tool for transforming waste into valuable products as organic fertilizers, animal feed, biodiesel, and bioplastics, ensuring the long-term sustainability of reclaimed desert agriculture in North Africa and beyond.
