Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) are transforming the global graphic design industry by enabling immersive, interactive, and user-centred visual communication. These technologies have gained widespread application in advertising, branding, education, product visualization, entertainment, and digital marketing. Despite these advancements, the adoption of VR and AR in Nigeria's graphic design industry remains limited due to infrastructural, financial, technical, and institutional constraints. This study evaluates the level of VR and AR adoption among Nigerian graphic designers, examines their influence on creativity and innovation, identifies challenges affecting implementation, and explores future prospects for their integration into professional practice. The study adopts a descriptive survey research design anchored on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DOI). Data are collected through structured questionnaires administered to graphic designers, educators, students, and creative professionals. The data are analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
