Anonymised data and analysis code for a study of phenotypic insecticide-susceptibility variation in the Anopheles gambiae "Kisumu" reference strain held across sixteen laboratories. Colonies were tested against four insecticides (permethrin, alpha-cypermethrin, DDT and pirimiphos-methyl) in WHO tube bioassays, and concentration–response data were analysed with a Bayesian five-parameter logistic model to estimate LC50 values, quantify between- and within-laboratory variability, and assess the cross-insecticide rank correlation of site susceptibility.
Testing laboratories are identified only by anonymised letter codes (A–P). The archive contains the four per-insecticide datasets, the Stan model and its compiled object, two R analysis scripts (LC50/variability estimation and Spearman correlation), and a README documenting the data format, folder structure and reproduction steps. Running the scripts reproduces the LC50 estimates, variability metrics, model checks and Spearman analysis reported in the associated paper.
