WIKIPURE is a standalone extraction tool that produces a clean, single-language "_pure.xml.gz" corpus for any language named at runtime, directly from an English Wiktionary dump, without requiring a full multilingual pipeline or a fixed language list. It is designed as upstream infrastructure for building precise, targeted language resources -- etymological dictionaries, phonological inventories, dialect corpora, morphological databases -- bundling curated, dialect-aware category patterns for a resource-poor tier (14 Semitic, Afroasiatic, and other historically under-resourced languages) and a resource-rich comparison tier (10 widely documented languages), with automatic pattern generation for any other language.
