Carved wood with dark brown black patina with white kaolin and green vegetable pigment in the form of a male face with strong face, accented raised eyebrows, coffee bead eyes with holes pieced in center for dancer's viewing, fine nose and mouth, 3 pattern scarification emphasized with green coloring, 4 lined scarification around outer edges of face, diamond-shaped ears with white kaolin, prominent lined beard, white colored band at hairline, double row of carved notched motifs, flat top with large upright projection with wider piece flowing backward with dark coloration, holes around perimeter for attachment, evidence of extensive prolonged use.
