This integrative review systematically examines the literature on diabetes in Zimbabwe to identify epidemiological trends, health system challenges, and opportunities for integrated NCD management. The study addresses critical gaps in understanding diabetes burden and care delivery within Zimbabwe's resource-constrained health system. The component presents a structured dataset summarizing key study characteristics, including authors, year, setting, design, population, objectives, findings, and limitations from the reviewed literature. Following PRISMA-ScR guidelines, the review maps existing evidence to inform future research priorities and health policy decisions, with particular focus on developing scalable, context-appropriate solutions for diabetes management. The findings aim to contribute to improved NCD care strategies while highlighting knowledge gaps requiring further investigation in the Zimbabwean context.
