Total Files & Scale: 400 discrete CSV files compiled across 20 spatial monitoring locations in Enugu Metropolis (20 sweep files per location).
Observation Windows: 4 non-overlapping diurnal sampling sessions per location:
Morning: 06:00:00 – 11:59:59
Afternoon: 12:00:00 – 15:59:59
Evening: 16:00:00 – 21:59:59
Night: 22:00:00 – 05:59:59
Spectral Resolution: 5 designated frequency block sets, featuring 112 discrete frequency iterations per block file run (N = 112).
File Naming Structure: LOC[XX]__[FREQUENCY BAND]_[SESSION]_[BLOCK_ID].csv
Data Schema & Variables
timestamp (DateTime): Epoch-aligned measurement acquisition timestamp (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS).
frequency_mhz (Float64): Center frequency point (MHz).
power_dbm (Float64): Uncalibrated received power level (dBm).
duty_cycle (Float64): Instantaneous channel occupancy percentage (%).
