AfriConEU - AfriConEU Digital Innovation Ecosystem Dataset

This dataset serves as a comprehensive resource capturing the activities and events conducted under the AfriConEU initiative, contributing as a valuable tool and secondary data source for those interested in studying the digital innovation ecosystem, particularly in Africa and Europe.

Purpose: This dataset aims to facilitate research and analysis of the digital innovation landscape by providing a wealth of data on event participation, pre-event baselines, and post-event evaluations. Researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders interested in the AfriConEU project and digital innovation ecosystems can utilise this dataset for a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

Contents:

• Complete Registration and Attendance Data:

  • Records of participation in all AfriConEU events, with missing values coded as 99.

• Pre-Evaluation Data:

  • Baseline measurements obtained from pre-event evaluations.

• Evaluation Data for Capacity-Building Events:

• Evaluation Data from AfriConEU Brokerage Event:

  • Separate datasets for each panel, along with an overall evaluation dataset.

• Evaluation Data for Design-Thinking Bootcamps:
