The original author of "Tarihin Galadima Salmanu Na Farko," (a book written in Hausa) was our late father, who died in 2016.  He wrote many books and poems in Hausa and Arabic languages, but none of them was ever published. The translation of one of his works into this book was done to provide more people with the opportunity to learn about the history of the Zazzau Interim Emir from 1902 to 1903.
