This dataset contains responses from 514 residents of Site C, Khayelitsha (South Africa), collected as part of a study on social cohesion, community resilience, and subjective well-being. It includes observed variables grouped under five latent constructs, based on validated instruments: Social Cohesion, Community Resilience, and three dimensions of Subjective Well-Being (psychological, emotional, and social). In addition, demographic data was included. The data were used for exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships among these constructs in a high-poverty urban context.
