This dataset contains the experimental data underlying the analyses presented in the associated article on the effects of biosynthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) derived from the endophytic fungus Aspergillus niger on insecticide-resistant Anopheles gambiae. The dataset includes quantitative measurements of feeding behavior parameters, qRT-PCR–based relative expression of resistance-associated genes (Cyp6m2, Cyp6p3, and Ace1), and WHO-standardized permethrin susceptibility bioassays. These data underpin all tables, figures, and statistical analyses reported in the study and are provided in accordance with the Royal Entomological Society data archiving policy.
