The expansion of digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) is driving a significant evolution in teaching practices in higher technological education. In the African context, a key question arises: how can these tools be leveraged to optimize project-based learning while taking into account the limitations related to infrastructure, digital skills, and institutional frameworks? Project-based learning, centered on solving concrete problems and the collective production of knowledge, provides a relevant framework for integrating advanced digital technologies. The methodological approach adopted is based on a qualitative analysis of scientific works, institutional reports, and initiatives carried out on the African continent. The expected results highlight several determining factors: the availability of technological infrastructure, the strengthening of teacher skills, the integration of AI into curricula, and the development of blended learning modalities. Ultimately, the convergence of digital transformation, blended learning, and artificial intelligence offers promising prospects for the modernization of higher technological education in Africa.
