Endline data were collected in 2024 from a representative sample of women ages 18–49 residing in Kisumu County, western Kenya, as part of the SAFI-FP social accountability trial. Mutually exclusive and exhaustive enumeration areas were used across the county, and building structures were randomly sampled within each enumeration area using publicly available data. Selected structures were visited by trained female enumerators, who screened for eligible women and invited one eligible woman per household to participate using a written informed consent protocol. The final endline analytic sample includes 2,501 women assigned to Community Score Card, Citizen Report Card, or control facility catchment areas. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire to ascertain demographic characteristics, household characteristics, reproductive histories, contraceptive behaviors, contraceptive preferences, contraceptive decision-making, access to care, and experiences with family planning services. Data were collected on password-protected and encrypted tablets using the SurveyCTO platform. The public-use dataset includes de-identified participant records and treatment assignment indicators.
