This repository provides ensemble climatic suitability raster outputs and minimal modelling code supporting the study “Climate change drives widespread erosion and spatial reorganization of climatic suitability for Glossina across Africa”. The archived data include ensemble mean climatic suitability maps for present-day conditions and future projections under SSP1-2.6 and SSP5-8.5 for the period 2021–2040, based on the BCC-CSM2-MR climate model. The modelling code is provided in a minimal form to document the analytical workflow and modelling logic, and is intended for inspection and transparency rather than full reproduction of all analyses. Occurrence data were obtained from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF; doi.org). Climatic variables were derived from publicly available datasets including WorldClim and CMIP6 climate projections.
