This repository contains data and code supporting the research project “Seasonal environmental suitability for African elephants across Namibia”. It includes QGIS-digitised spatial data derived from Leggett et al. (2004), processed Hoanib model inputs, derived 5-km environmental predictors, national seasonal NDVI layers and R scripts used in the analyses. Raw third-party datasets are not redistributed and are available from the original sources cited in the Materials and methods.
