We present baseline and endline population-representative, cross-sectional surveys that captured data on uptake of essential newborn care, facility-based care, and other relevant maternal and newborn health indicators, as well as, at endline, exposure to a community-based maternal and newborn care program that operated in the survey area from Dec 2023 - Dec 2025. Baseline data were collected in November 2023, and endline data were collected in November 2025.
