This dataset comprises anonymised qualitative transcripts from an acceptability study of the Community-Based Maternal and Newborn Care (CBMNC) programme delivered through Community Health Workers in rural Dhusamareb, Somalia. It covers focus group discussions, in-depth interviews and key informant interviews on the acceptability of community-level maternal and newborn services and commodities. This study was conducted within Workstream 3 of the EQUAL Research Consortium, funded by UK Aid.
