Ce rapport présente les résultats d'un processus participatif de structuration de communautés de recherche et d'innovation à l'Union des Comores, conduit de septembre à novembre 2025 dans le cadre du projet FEF-CUC. À travers un appel à manifestation d'intérêt et six ateliers collaboratifs mobilisant 68 participants des principales institutions de recherche nationales (CNDRS, INRAPE, Université des Comores), trois communautés thématiques ont été collectivement définies : « Dynamiques sociales et territoriales insulaires », « Dynamiques géophysiques, climatiques et écologiques – Résilience face aux changements globaux », et « Systèmes alimentaires et valorisation de la biodiversité ». Pour chaque communauté, le rapport identifie des axes de recherche distinctifs, des questions prioritaires, des impacts territoriaux attendus et des contributions aux enjeux scientifiques mondiaux. Il formule également des recommandations stratégiques pour surmonter les obstacles communs (ressources limitées, fragmentation institutionnelle, valorisation insuffisante) et renforcer la performance du système national de recherche. Cette démarche de structuration, inspirée des méthodologies de spécialisation intelligente (S3), vise à constituer des masses critiques, accroître la visibilité internationale et augmenter l'impact territorial des activités de recherche comoriennes. Through a call for expressions of interest and six collaborative workshops engaging 68 participants from the main national research institutions (CNDRS, INRAPE, Universityof the Comoros), three thematic communities were collectively defined: "Island Social and Territorial Dynamics," "Geophysical, Climate and Ecological Dynamics – Resilience to Global Changes," and "Food Systems and Biodiversity Valorization." For each community, the report  identifies distinctive research axes, priority questions, expected territorial impacts, and contributions to global scientific challenges. It also formulates strategic recommendations to overcome common obstacles (limited resources, institutional fragmentation, insufficient valorization) and strengthen the performance of the national research system. This structuring approach, inspired by smart specialization (S3) methodologies, aims to build critical masses, enhance international visibility, and increase the territorial impact of Comorian research activities.
