Image dataset of healthy and pathogen-affected pearl millet leaves with suggested control measures

This dataset contains images of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum, EPPO code: PESGL) crop, including both healthy plants and plants affected by major pathogens, collected during the experimentation of the PLANTHEAD Diagnostic Platform in Burkina Faso, within the framework of the EU Horizon2020 EWA-BELT Project (GA#862848). Within the dataset, the following diseases and their corresponding EPPO codes are represented: Sclerospora graminicola (EPPO Code: SCLPGR) Exserohilum rostratum (EPPO Code: DRECRO) Moesziomyces bullatus (EPPO Code: MOESBU) Pyricularia sp. (EPPO Code: PYRISP) Each folder is organized by pathogen to facilitate data exploration and analysis. In addition, the dataset includes a PDF file providing recommended management solutions for each disease, which can include agronomic, biological, and chemical measures.
