Mapping the global habitat redistribution of critically endangered commercial fish species under climate change

This dataset contains the processed and derived datasets generated and used in the study of “Mapping the global habitat redistribution of critically endangered commercial fish species under climate change”. It includes: (1) cleaned occurrence records for 24 IUCN Critically Endangered (CR) commercial demersal fish species compiled from GBIF and OBIS; (2) IUCN Red List CR marine fish species attribute summaries; (3) species-level habitat change statistics under SSP1-2.6 and SSP5-8.5 (2090–2100); (4) country-level species richness change values within EEZs; (5) pseudo-absence points of 24 species; and (6) five R scripts implementing the full ensemble SDM workflow using the biomd2 package, from occurrence data cleaning through pseudo-absence generation and species distribution projection.
