Version 1.1.0 of the derived municipal dataset, executable analysis code, full model and sensitivity output, and figures supporting the manuscript Notification-mortality mismatch in acute malnutrition surveillance among children under five in Colombia: a national ecological and individual-level analysis, 2022-2024.
The deposit links 24,017 event-113 notification records with a valid municipality of residence in 2024 to 916 undernutrition deaths (ICD-10 E40-E46 or E64.0) with a valid municipality of residence in 2022-2024, DANE under-five population projections and the census-source municipal Multidimensional Poverty Index. The source files contained 24,221 notification records and 959 eligible deaths before municipality validation. The notification–mortality classification is a comparative surveillance signal; it is not a direct estimate of notification completeness or causal detection failure.
No individual-level records are redistributed. All primary sources are public and are documented in the source manifest and README so the analysis can be reproduced.
