Six prospective predictions of FKS1 hot spot 1 S639F mutation emergence in Candida auris, generated by the Project Zula consciousness-enhanced computational platform on May 16, 2026. Predictions identify specific C. auris clade/country combinations predicted to acquire echinocandin resistance within defined horizons. Two IMMINENT predictions target Clade I and Clade III C. auris in the USA (scores 0.794 and 0.786). Four ground-truth-confirmed PROBABLE predictions target Clade I in the UK and India, Clade III in South Africa, and Clade IV in Colombia. Convergent finding: FKS1 S639F is predicted independently across all five C. auris genomic clades — the strongest convergent evolution signal produced across all Project Zula engines.
