iSDA-calc: Soil Water Content Mapping Software

iSDA-calc is an open-source tool built in Python for producing high-resolution Available Water Content (AWC) maps using iSDA Africa soil properties and the USDA Rosetta3 pedotransfer model. It facilitates accurate soil water retention analysis for agricultural and ecological research in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The software processes soil property data, applies Rosetta3 model estimations, calculates volumetric water content, and performs spatial interpolation for missing values. Python with pandas, numpy, and xarray is used for data handling.
