This research explores current social networks, level of trust, and access to public (including community) resources in Liberia, particularly by comparing the three targeted groups, namely, at-risk groups, ex-combatants, and rest of citizens. Also, it measures whether such network and resource availability affect trust relations of at-risk groups including ex-combatants within the wider Liberian society.
