The Challenges of Implementing Digital Learning Platforms in the Ministry of Information and Digitalization in Malawi

This dataset was collected as part of a study exploring the implementation challenges and opportunities of digital learning platforms within the Ministry of Information and Digitalization in Malawi. The study employs a mixed-methods approach to reveal significant barriers such as internet connectivity issues, technological access limitations, and insufficient support that hinder the effective utilization of these platforms. The data includes responses from ministry personnel on their experiences with digital learning platforms, focusing on factors like support availability, time management, and motivation.
