The Impact of Morocco’s Pioneer School Program (PSP) on Primary School Students’ Learning

We evaluate the impact of an innovative education intervention program implemented in public primary schools in Morocco that aims to improve student learning in Arabic, French, and Mathematics in grades one to six. We use a prospective difference-in-difference design to compare schools that receive treatment with matched comparison schools to assess the impact of the program on students’ learning outcomes.
