This research focuses on the appraisal of e-healthcare system adoption toward the understanding of cloud computing on the Internet of medical things in Federal Teaching Hospital, Nigeria. In writing this project, the researcher has raised the need for understanding cloud computing in the public health care system and getting information about what the government is doing by bringing it to their doorstep. A further attempt has been made to examine the vibrancy of the adoption such as IoMT in tackling the problem facing the public health care sector providing a scheme to eradicate the challenges making it viable for the commodity that everyone can buy including the stakeholder which adopts the use of the new shift. However, the research work will critically examine the content of the E-health system with the adoption of cloud computing helping the IoMT to achieve the result as it opines that it will serve as reference material for future researchers
