A common approach in the Nigerian educational system has recently enrolled in the issue of educational reform in meeting of twentieth century. As regards its concepts, framework and strategy for implementation that attracted the attention of all stake holder. Its major concepts and strategic implementation which are essential in the understanding treatment of educational reform within the third world nations. This paper tends to look into the strategic directions to reform in Nigeria educational system. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) holds potentials for economic and technological growth on the basis of which technical vocational education training is surviving. The relevance of ICT and TVET in Nigeria educational reforms recommendations were made and conclusion drawn.
