Knowledge management is a response to several trends. Some of them are already occurring which will have implication for developing human resources. This theoretical research is to examining the increasing use of computer especially microcomputers. The education which extends into the adult life. The proportion of knowledge workers will increase and the need for skill workers will decrease which may require more training in knowledge, competence and design skill.
