  1. efish_em_ELL: Jupyter notebooks and Python utilities for processing and analyzing the connectomic dataset of the electrosensory lobe (ELL) of an African pulse-type electric fish as well as Matlab scripts for creating and simulating models of the ELL circuit.
  2. EM_data_published: Processed data and supporting files needed to reproduce the published results according to efish_em_ELL.
