This project measures job search and hiring in Johannesburg, South Africa, between 2016 and 2017 using data from surveys of firms and workseekers, field experiments with workseekers, choice experiments with firms, and a correspondence study with job applications.
Response Rates: 83-100% across different survey instruments.
