This is a repository of GPS data on observations of occurrence of Eulemur fulvus and Eulemur mongoz groups across two fragmented forest landscapes in northwestern Madagascar - Ankarafantsika National Park and Mariarano Classified Forest. The respository also includes raster files of 10 environmental covariates used in our modelling of the distribution patterns of these two species and comparison of their niche patterns.
