
The data was collected based on the validated DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety and Stress) questionnaire as well as sociodemographic and occupational factors. The sociodemographic and occupational factors are designed based on literature and industry specific factors. The data were largely quantitative with ordered response to most of the questions about from age and duration of work years (continuous). As part of the data collection process, participants consented to the use of the information provided for academic purposes, hence, the data can be used for such purposes only. Administrative approval was sought prior to data collection, hence, there are no legal tussle with reusing the data as the data is consistent under the Data Protection Act of Ghana; it must be used for academic purpose only.
