This article examines the conditions for artificial intelligence (AI) into the Moroccan healthcare through a comparative and prospective analysis. After clarifying the definitions of AI in healthcare and distinguishing its uses from e-health and digital health, the study assesses international and African dynamics, identifying obstacles and enablers specific to Morocco. The analysis draws on technology acceptance models such as TAM, UTAUT, and Rogers and proposes, along with seven strategic pillars: an intersectoral strategy, anticipatory governance, strengthening local capacities, data sovereignty and social inclusion. The article concludes by outlining research priorities and stressing the urgency of a national vision that reconciles efficiency, equity and digital sovereignty.
