File: Criteria_data.xlsx – Contains state-level and LGA-level data (e.g., density, health indicators, infrastructure) State State-level data is provided with units used in final input, LGA-level data is provided as normalized input with values between 0 and 1. - ready to paste into ELECTRE. Additionally, the file contains a list of states and LGAs where data was missing and provides averaged numbers in their stead. The last part contains raw data sources. File: Final_processed_data_for_electre.xlsx – This file provides normalized figures on both state and LGA-level, with calculated weights and thresholds needed for ELECTRE. The last part contains sources with the methodology of preparing weights, thresholds, and how the data was normalized. File: Final _vaccine_distribution_centers_locations.xlsx – This file contains aggregated scores from ELECTRE of all Nigerian LGAs and 2 lists of LGAs selected as locations for vaccine distribution centers - one for each method. Column headings for tabular data: State – Full name of the Nigerian state LGA – Full name of the Local Government Area Average – Final ELECTRE average score q, p, v – Thresholds for indifference, preference, and veto Weight – Assigned weight per criterion (ROC method)
