This dataset contains assessment results from the 2025 survey on legislative practices and procedures for Nigeria's local government legislative assemblies The survey was conducted online to a sample of 115 Councilors across 29 states. 88 percent of the respondents were male while 12 percent were female. The Councilors represented 82 Local Government Areas (LGAs) and six (6) political parties.
