Variables of main interest include ferritin, hepcidin, stfr, ts (and their respective natural log-transformed variables), hemoglobin, transferrin, iron, ID_ferritin, ID_TS, anaemia, and ida. Other variables used on the analyses include age_months, sex, infla, mal_iron, stunting, wasting and underweight. These variables are labeled in the STATA file.
