Replication Data for: Switching Treatment-Experienced, Integrase Inhibitor-Naïve, Virally Suppressed HIV-1 Infected Adults from Ritonavir boosted Protease Inhibitors to Dolutegravir: An Open-Label Randomized Controlled Trial

This is baseline dataset from an open-label, randomized, active-controlled, multi-centre non-inferiority trial conducted by University of Nairobi. The trial enrolled 791 participants ≥ 18 years old from among people receiving outpatient HIV care at the four study sites in Kenya. The variables contained in this dataset are; demographics, ARV history, body mass index, and baseline laboratory investigations (viral load, CD4, blood sugar, hemogram, HBV co-infection, renal function and lipids).
