Replication for Week 48 Data for Switching Treatment-Experienced, Integrase Inhibitor-Naïve, Virally Suppressed HIV-1 Infected Adults from Ritonavir boosted Protease Inhibitors to Dolutegravir: An Open-Label Randomized Controlled Trial

This is week 48 dataset from an open-label, randomized, active-controlled, multi-centre non-inferiority trial conducted by University of Nairobi. The trial enrolled 791 participants ≥ 18 years old from among people receiving outpatient HIV care at four study sites in Kenya. The variables contained in this dataset are; demographics, ARV history, body mass index, baseline and follow up laboratory investigations (viral load, CD4, blood sugar, hemogram, HBV co-infection, renal function and lipids), efficacy and descriptive adverse event variables.
