R code and aggregated dataset for the analysis of pediatric tuberculosis digital surveillance in Kaduna State, Nigeria. This repository contains all code required to reproduce the descriptive statistics, spatial analysis, and Diagnostic Equity and Geographic Index (DEGI) calculations reported in the manuscript. The dataset includes 126,977 presumptive TB cases across 23 LGAs, with 27,896 pediatric cases (22.0%). The code combines H2H and Outreach data without double counting and generates all tables and figures. Requirements: R 4.5.2+, tidyverse, janitor. License: CC BY 4.0.
