This project provides sequencing data used to generate a chromosome-level genome assembly of the white jade snail (Achatina fulica), a domesticated strain of the invasive giant African snail. The dataset includes PacBio HiFi reads, short-read sequencing data, and Hi-C data used for genome assembly and scaffolding.
