Aliyu told some children and his friends the tale of tortoise and crocodile. This project focuses on the documentation of Cifungwa folktales. He is a native speaker of Yoruba from Ogun state. He is also the investigator He is a young farmer who speaks Cifungwa. He has spent most part of his life in Ringa community. Yakubu's hobby is playing football. He lived in Ilesa, Osun state for two months. Yakubu followed Samuel to Minna as a consultant and a research assistant for this project. The relocation to Minna was due to civil disorder and kidnapping in Alawa, a nearby community. She is a student at the Department of Linguistics, University of Ilorin. She is in her third year at the University. She was born in Kaduna where she has spent most of her life. Aliyu is a wood logger and a farmer who was born in Ringa. Apart from going for business trips in various parts of Nigeria for few days, he has spent most his life in Ringa.
