Computational oncology analysis of cancer-related immune
suppression and opportunistic infection risk. Uses real
TCGA patient data (LUAD + LAML, 647 cases) to quantify
immune suppression scores, TB risk, and cough preventability.
Key findings: blood cancer suppresses immunity to 8.88/10,
99% of AML patients are high TB risk, and 78% of TB-related
cough is preventable with early screening. Includes African
oncology context with WHO 2023 TB burden data. Random Forest
achieved AUC 1.000 for infection risk prediction.
