ZimFix emerges as a technology-driven solution designed to connect citizens, municipalities, and service providers through an inclusive, data-informed platform. It employs mobile, web, and USSD interfaces to allow users to report faults, track progress, and access emergency assistance. This comprehensive literature review explores the academic foundations, global examples, and technological frameworks that underpin ZimFix, positioning it as an innovative model for sustainable urban management in Zimbabwe.
